Day 2
Wins:
1. Just went up stairs and flossed my teeth so I could write it down now.
2. Actually talked to someone over the phone through the government to help update my national provider identifier address.
3. Mad a few people excited about their health.
( I can't remember my plans from yesterday besides flossing - learning that some posts are going to bet better than others. )
Tomorrow:
1. Wear my bite guard tonight.
2. Say "no" to something this week.
3. Sit for 5 minutes outside and do nothing.
