Day 6!

Day 6:

1. Posting this before 10:30 pm.

2. Took nap - it did feel like I died and came back to life.

3. Who knew it was going to be perfect weather today.

Tomorrow:

1. My dads 73rd bday.

2. Hanging out with family.

3. Maybe will try to lap swim.. just a trial of a couple lengths while the kids swim, just to test that it my shoulder is fine.

Day 5 of KDC Quarter 2 Challenge: (share your wins in the comments)

1. AM CycleTherapy with some great girlfriends! also known as le tour de Lakes.

2. An IEP meeting with incredible progress!

3. A really special 9 year old accountability partner helping me with this challenge!

Tomorrow:

1. Excited about soccer tryouts.

2. Taking a nap. (like the one that you feel like you died and came back to life and don't remember where you are or what day it is)

3. Think about deciding what day I will get back to lap swimming. (pre-contemplative to contemplative)

Day 4!

Day 4:

1. First day seeing patient in person at my new office!

2. When you don't have tape, but work in a medical office, Band-Aids work too!

3. Done is better than perfect! Well who needs a desk to practice medicine!

Tomorrow:

1. It's Friday!

Day 3! My lucky number!

Day 3:

1. Watched my son's excitement checking out and riding in a Cyber truck.

2. When I was feeling all crazy brained, figured out I can do 10 knee push ups, and get some of the crazies out.

3. I was the pharmacy manager and website designer today!

Tomorrow:

1. See my first in person appointments tomorrow-- even without a desk and countertops!

2. Will add in other PT exercises in to get the Crazies out of my brain. I have a lot of crazies....

3. Break a rule and not have a third answer!

Day 2

Wins:

1. Just went up stairs and flossed my teeth so I could write it down now.

2. Actually talked to someone over the phone through the government to help update my national provider identifier address.

3. Mad a few people excited about their health.

( I can't remember my plans from yesterday besides flossing - learning that some posts are going to bet better than others. )

Tomorrow:

1. Wear my bite guard tonight.

2. Say "no" to something this week.

3. Sit for 5 minutes outside and do nothing.

Day 1 of Quarter Two - 3 Win Challenge:

1. Did my first radiology prior-authorization!

2. Learned that Life will go on - skipped making my Q2 Challenge grand day 1 video presentation.

3. Consequently, had time to go on a date exercise bike ride with my Hubby.

Tomorrow:

1. Figure out Cover my meds prior auths.

2. Floss my teeth.

3. Family Bike ride to Sylvan lake-- maybe Taco Tuesday!

THE IRONY: I am actually sitting in pajamas in the dark, post shower in child's bed typing this, documenting my goals. BUT the colors and style of the photo is just so beautiful….why not imaging I am posting in designer clothes with gorgeous drop earing, a high bun, make-up, and fresh flowers! lol.
